At the beginning of the year I visited Tim Walkers amazing exhibition which was featured around the fairytale 'Alice in Wonderland' It was very interesting and I found the exhibition very inspiring.
I gathered the images that i had took and i chose the best ones and the ones that i knew would help me later on in the project.
The exhibition was a brilliant source of research because it related greatly to my whole concept of 'fairytales'
I liked the idea of taking something 'fake' and enlarging it, kind of playing with the human mind..
Tomorrow i'm going to look at another artist and see whether i can gather any more 'grotesque' sources. Today i'm pleased that i have found this exhibition, but i need to speed up the work.
